As a care professional, responsible for the comfort and security of vulnerable people, you understand the importance of vigilance and individual attention. To protect the welfare of care home residents and to attract new ones, you need to offer the highest standards of proactive personal care.
As a business person, you also need a product that will save you time and money, help to better utilise staff resources and provide you with all the facts and figures required to meet increasing regulation.
The LifeSys Care Monitor does all this and more.... Find out how!

Fall Protection, Nurse Call Systems and Wandering Alarms

LifeSys are the only company to supply an alternative to either hard-wired or radio based nurse call systems. Our Care Monitor and Nurse Call systems use the electric wiring already in place in a Care Home to transmit alarm signals from residents or other staff members directly to carers. We offer all the reliability of hard wiring but without the disturbance and cost of installation.

Alarms are relayed to carers via pagers, eliminating the need for loud and intrusive alarms in hallways. Unique to LifeSys is the ability to inform staff of the nature of a call. Rather than just summoning staff members to a room, the highly detailed screen tells carers the room number, the resident’s name and most importantly the nature of the call, this allows staff to prioritise alarms and deal with the most pressing alarms first.

As the needs of your residents change, you can develop your LifeSys Nurse Call system to deliver the full Care Monitor package. Extra features can be added at the touch of a button, such as;

As installation is so simple, rooms can be easily added or removed from the system when necessary.

Whether your home requires a Nurse Call system a Care Monitor system or a combination of the two, all care alarms are logged onto a Central Controller. This gives management a complete Audit Trail of all care events which occur in the Care Home. Detailed reports include a shift change report, door activity report, incontinence report and bed entry/exit report. A useful aid for management to identify patterns in residents’ behaviour or to monitor staff response times to alarm calls.
